What we store

Your account details, the campaigns and contact lists you upload, delivery results (sent, bounced, complained, unsubscribed) and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sending your campaigns, keeping suppression lists, preventing abuse, and billing. We never sell your data or your recipients' addresses.

Recipients

Anyone who unsubscribes from a Smelia email is added to the sender's suppression list and won't receive further emails from that sender.
