Terms & acceptable use

Permission-based email only

You may only email people who gave you clear permission to contact them. Purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists are forbidden.

Legal compliance

You must follow the anti-spam laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL). Include accurate sender details and your postal address. Every email automatically includes an unsubscribe link, which you must not hide or remove.

Prohibited content

No phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines, illegal products, adult content, get-rich-quick schemes, or content that violates Amazon SES policies.

Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor bounces, complaints and content. Campaigns with high bounce or complaint rates pause automatically, and accounts may be suspended without refund for abuse.

Credits

One credit sends one email. Credits don't expire. Credits for emails that fail permanently before sending, or for recipients skipped by your suppression list, are not charged or are refunded automatically.

No delivery guarantee

We send your email through authenticated infrastructure, but inbox placement depends on each recipient's provider, your sender reputation, spam filters and your content. We cannot guarantee delivery to any inbox.
